Motivation to be the therapist
I was born and grew up in Tokyo. I also lived in Europe in my mid -late teens. My time overseas had a great impact on me. It was a big journey from one culture to another. Ever since then, my interest has always been how to sustain myself with a good state of mind. The experience in my youth made me interested in the brain later. I was interested in ability development of the brain for some time. My interest shifted to more about the relationship between the brain and the health when I realised that our brain and our body is a single integrated unit.

I was a junior high school teacher and also a translater for a motor company in Japan. I came to Lausanne in 2016 to start a new life with my husband. I found out about Japanese Reset Therapy® when I was seeking what I can pursue here in Switzerland. I was suffering from stiffness in my neck and shoulder, also shortage of sleep in the mean time.

My interest in the brain and the encounter of Japanese Reset Therapy® here have convinced me of the usefulness of Japanese Reset Therapy® after receiving the therapy as a client. Its unique approach based on an integrated understanding of the brain – muscle interaction in the treatment of stiffness or pain leads us to an increased global well-being. So I have decided to be a therapist myself. I believe it will help many of us recover from the stress in the society we live in.
